With more than 15 years of industrial experience across precision motion, sensing, and robotic actuation, Jia brings a deep understanding of how complex technologies move from early development to reliable, scalable deployment. That experience shaped the operating principles behind ZeroErr: integrated capability, uncompromising reliability, and disciplined execution.
Under his leadership, ZeroErr has evolved from its foundation in precision sensing into an integrated motion-control company spanning design, development, manufacturing, quality, and global customer support. He leads the company's long-term strategy, global development, and organization building, with a focus on earning lasting trust in demanding robotics and automation applications.
